Key terms
*Interactive menu - This is the final web application, containing every menu item in *2D , *3D and *AR mode. It is available through a dedicated link that the client receives together with the rollout. The application can be integrated with your website or with any other system. To make integration and the switch to the new menu easier, we created a dedicated solution: *QR stands. Click to see what the interactive menu looks like.
*QR stands - A dedicated solution that you simply place on the table to send guests to the *interactive menu quickly and smoothly. The stand is 3D-printed in the 3DMenu brand colours. Only in the "Enterprise" plan is it possible to order a different colour. It was designed so that it takes up little space and catches the guest's eye. It measures 10x9.5 cm; take a look - (click to see)
*3D models - Real dishes in a 360° preview. They work independently of the other modes (2D and AR). They let you check a dish quickly, without having to place it on the table. Everything appears on the screen, so you can freely rotate the object or zoom in on it.
*2D models - Photos with the background cut out, most often used to present the "drinks" section. Thanks to them we can move 100% of the items from a classic menu into the new interactive one. They are not capped in any plan, so the client can have as many as they like.
*AR mode - An innovative mode that lets you see a dish at 1:1 scale, right in front of you. Point the phone at the table in the restaurant and the real dish appears, with every detail and at true scale. It all happens on the device itself. We insist on authentic dishes, so AR mode shows a dish almost identical to the one that will be served.
*Extended editing of the Interactive menu - Editing the interactive menu depends on the plan chosen. The "start" plan has no editing. The client receives a basic application containing all their dishes and drinks. In the "gastro" plan the client can add a logo, change the background and set up basic "online integration with their current system. In the "premium" plan the client has full editing rights, including the colours and the layout of the application. Only in the "enterprise" plan is it possible to build a dedicated application entirely from scratch.
*Online integration with your current system - We can integrate the interactive menu directly with the client's website or system. Everything depends on the plan chosen and on individual arrangements. We give our clients a smooth transition from a classic menu to the new interactive one.
*Additional accessories linking to the menu - We have a range of accessories on offer for our clients. The most popular is the QR stand (click here to see it), which clients put on the tables so guests can view the new interactive menu easily. We also offer QR and NFC stickers, which work exactly like the stand.
The "Start" plan
The START plan is for launching a basic but fully working version of the interactive 3D/AR menu. It is a popular choice for testing the Interactive menu in practice.
The standard scope covers: up to 15 AR renders, publication of the menu online in a basic graphic template, preparation of the link together with QR codes leading to the menu, and hosting on a shared server environment. The plan does not include extended visual personalisation, advanced interface modifications or unlimited changes after the rollout.
In practice, in the START plan the Client can expect to receive:
- rollout of the interactive menu;
- up to 15 3D/AR model items in HD quality (720p);
- basic embedding of the solution as a standalone link or a simple module leading to the menu;
- standard technical support in the regular queue. The START plan does not include in its standard price:
- freely moving the service between multiple venues;
- any rebuilding of the interface or delivery of non-standard features;
- free revisions after handover;
- unlimited production of new renders without a separate quote;
- user traffic analytics;
- free stands with a QR code linking to the "interactive menu" / Available for an extra charge - 5 PLN/pc.
The "Gastro" plan
The GASTRO plan is intended for venues that want to use the interactive menu as an everyday sales tool, not merely as a test add-on. It includes more renders, higher presentation quality and a wider scope for editing the visual layer of the menu.
As standard the plan covers up to 40 renders in Full HD quality (1080p), a faster server environment tuned for performance, and the option to extend the template with a logo, a background and integration with your website.
In practice, in the GASTRO plan the Client can expect to receive:
- rollout of a fuller menu or a larger number of seasonal items;
- greater visual appeal and better render quality on mobile devices;
- extended editing of the interactive menu, including basic brand identity elements;
- greater throughput of the environment and readiness for higher guest traffic;
- basic analytics, within which the client receives a summary containing the monthly number of users and the most frequently viewed dish;
- 20 free stands with a QR code linking to the "interactive menu" / Further ones for an extra charge - 5 PLN/pc.; The GASTRO plan does not include in its standard price:
- any rebuilding of the interface or delivery of non-standard features;
- free revisions after handover;
- unlimited production of new renders without a separate quote;
The "Premium" plan
The PREMIUM plan is a business-grade option for venues that treat 3DMenu as one of their main channels for presenting their offer. It covers up to 80 renders in 2K quality, a high-quality dedicated server environment and broad personalisation of the menu.
This is the option for premium restaurants, multi-venue concepts and high-traffic venues where stability, brand recognition and greater flexibility matter. In this model, routine fixes connected with maintenance and reasonable adjustments to the service can be carried out within the subscription, as long as they do not amount to building new functionality.
In practice, in the PREMIUM plan the Client can expect to receive:
- up to 80 3D/AR visualisations in 2K quality (1440p);
- full personalisation of the interactive menu's appearance;
- full integration with your current menu, website or sales channel - within the technically agreed scope;
- hosting on a dedicated server environment and higher support priority;
- extended analytics, within which the client receives a summary containing the monthly number of users, the most frequently viewed dish, the most popular category and, on request, recordings of how guests move around the interactive menu. The PREMIUM plan does not automatically mean that the subscription covers:
- unlimited production of new renders without a separate quote;
- an unlimited number of redesigns of the whole system;
- building integrations that were not foreseen in the original scope of cooperation.
The "Enterprise" plan
The ENTERPRISE plan is an individual model for restaurant chains, franchises, restaurant groups and projects that require non-standard architecture. There is no standard render limit and no fixed monthly price here; the scope, timeline and billing model are agreed individually each time.
This option makes it possible to design the environment, the processes and the visual layer around the needs of the whole organisation, with the option of rolling out multiple venues, dedicated integrations, extended analytics, central management and a separate SLA.
In practice the ENTERPRISE plan may cover:
- multi-branch or multi-brand rollouts;
- non-standard integrations with the Client's systems, including menus, CMS, ordering platforms or the Client's own databases;
- a separate server architecture and maintenance procedures;
- a dedicated account manager, priority service and separate escalation procedures;
- analytics tailored to the chain, regions, venues or marketing campaigns.
